Our flexible, points-based approach for earning Healthy Living Rewards makes it enjoyable, meaningful and motivational...because you choose the activities and programs that support your personal wellness goals. You and your covered spouse1 can each earn up to 3,000 points ($300 value) to redeem for rewards—that’s a total of 6,000 points ($600 value).
Start earning points by completing your Wellness Screening. Earn more points by participating in programs that help you and your family eat right, get and stay active, and learn new ways to manage stress. Rack up even more points by joining competitions, working with a Wellness Coach, tracking your steps, food and sleep...the list goes on! Once you reach the maximum, you can continue to earn points and exchange them for entries into quarterly sweepstakes2 with exciting prizes like mobile devices, digital electronics, kitchen appliances and gift cards.
- Rewards apply to employees who are eligible for PepsiCo benefits and their spouses/partners enrolled in a PepsiCo medical plan. Employees covered under a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) that restricts changes to benefits and/or contributions are not eligible unless the CBA specifically indicates eligibility for rewards. If you are enrolled in the Healthy Advantage Option and redeem your points for an HSA contribution, it will be on a tax-free basis. Be sure to open your HSA by December 2, 2019!
